Web Designer (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
Seeking to fill one full time onsite position with full benefits designing, implementing, and
maintaining web based application user interfaces on open source platforms. Our software is utilized by over

Located in Huntingdon Valley, PA we develop and manage an online opt-in email newsletter and follow-up service. A growing 65,000+ international customer base access our website 24/7 to manage and send their newsletters to recipients who have specifically opted in on their website to receive that information.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement web based application designs using industry known best practices.
Balance needs of both novice web users and those familiar with more advanced Ajax type interfaces.
Work with a team of 2 designers and 15+ web developers to implement your designs and interfaces.
Identify solutions for the inherent rendering differences of web browsers.
Review and optimize existing HTML, CSS code base for download speed and render time optimizations.
Creation of themed HTML email templates and web form templates for client campaigns.
Create and implement split test designs to improve user flow thru AWeber and client websites.
Qualifications:
Strong user interface design experience.
Ability to hand code HTML and CSS.
Strong knowledge of development using W3C XHTML 1.0 & 1.1 standards with cross browser compatibility.
Strong proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) for trial layouts, graphics, image slicing, and compression.
Knowledge of Javascript, Python, PHP, or Flash would be a bonus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with clients and co-workers.
Full project cycle experience, concept through execution and maintenance support on large scale web sites.
Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines and constraints.
Be assertive and have good communication skills.
Comfortable working in an informal, high-energy environment.
