accountant
production manager, and line producer positions can be done by the same person here. They keep track of the films budget, renting the equipment for the day, taking care of permits, insurance policies, the cast and crews payroll, operating costs, taking receipts, paying cast and crew travel and food expenses.
driver to pick up cast and crew who cant drive to the set
acting coach
lighting guy to make sure theres no shadows and every camera angle is lit the same - pay this person some - the lights are around $6,000, so they should get something.
locations scout also in charge of
timing, and content that we shoot in a day.
shot list person to break down the shots in order of the movie. they need to let us know whos in the scene, whet\her its day or night, any close ups, far away shots, medium shots or establishing shots, what props are needed for the scene, what the actors are wearing, and how their hair and make up is done.
publicist handles publicity of a film. they promote it by issuing press releases and overseeing advertisements.
script supervisor to keep track of what parts of the scrip have been filmed and makes notes of any changes that were filmed that were not in the script, making sure the shots are consistent. they take notes on how the actor might want to change his lines or different suggestions on how to deliver their performance. they work closely with the director.
production assistants,help out wherever needed.
hair and make up
consistency person take pictures of the set and actors so everything is exactly the same when we go back and shoot later
Need someone in charge of props, so we dont forget anything
wardrobe person
director of photography - he knows what hes doing better than any of us - theyre in charge of the camera and lighting crew - they make decisions on the lighting and frameing the scenes. they tell the cameraman how they want the film to look - they also choose the right aperature, shutter speed and lightiing to achieve the desired effect.
Cinematographer
need someone to do the clapboard - obviously a free position
boom mic engineers are needed
sound engineer
