Designer Wanted

I am looking for a US graphic designer to work with a professional copywriter I have selected to come up with:

1. A series of banner/text ads/landing pages that are to market a new discount shopping portal/cashback website.

Initially, the ads will be used on an educational website which was purchased for the express intent of converting those users to members of the cashback shopping portal.
The demographics of the educational site are women age 25-45, the majority of which are trying to get pregnant.
The site has over 200,000 members and has approximately 70,000 unique visitors a month and is increasing monthly.
Thereafter, and when the effective ads are known, these ads will be used on other websites to obtain the same results: new members of the cashback shopping portal.

The role you will play will be to graphically design the ads/landing pages, complimenting the copywriter’s work and the respective websites where they will be placed (that will be a challenge to your creative ability) thereby achieving the intended results.

2. Within the cashback shopping portal, I will need graphic design services to produce a series of items such as flyers, posters and graphic e-mails designed to support charities in their efforts to raise money through their members donating all or a portion of their cashback earnings to the charity.
These will include: A. Flyers or e-mails used initially to garner the charities attention; B. Promotional pieces, including e-mail flyers that the charities will use to solicit their members to use the cashback website. C. Ongoing promotional pieces used to support the charities in their efforts to have an effective fundraising mechanism through the cashback shopping portal.

Your Knowledge and Experience:

Graphic Design

I’m not opposed to using someone who is a bit “green There can be benefits to this in that such people can be fresh, untainted and original.
They can also be a disaster.

You can have years of experience. The advantages of which are obvious, provided you haven’t lost enthusiasm for your work.

Technical Expertise

You need to have the ability/experience in the programs necessary to design and construct all types of digital ads/landing pages/e-mail solicitations with all the appropriate linking etc. We will not be doing that—it’s your department. If this does not fit your skills, please do not contact me.
