Description
An iMemories Video Scene Segment Technician is an important part of the iMemoriespremium, best-in-class service offering. iMemories is a leader in the online home movie sharing market, and also converts home movie film, video and photos to digital formats (both online and on DVD).The position will be responsible for creating and editing scene segments for home movie film reels and videotapes that have been converted to digital video.In a high-performance and highly productive environment, this position requires Mac-based computer usage, as well as utilizing best-in-class digital systems, software/hardware and technology infrastructure.
General Summary of Responsibilities
· Responsible for identifying, selecting and reviewing the scene segmentation for digitized home movies.Each digitized home movie video is separated into appropriate "events" or "chapters" as filmed by the consumer.This is handled with an internally designed technology program.
· Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication.
Skill-set (past experience beneficial but not required)
· Knowledge of videotape and film reel formats for proper scene segmentation
· Video editing
· Detail orientated
· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
· Team Player
Pay: .00 per hour (Temporary to Permanent)
**Permanent position opportunities will be reviewed in late December
