Cherokee County is in North Georgia just an 1/2 hour away from the mountains, 45 minutes away from downtown Atlanta and less than 5 hours from Tybee Island and Hilton Head or 7 hours from the Gulf Coast Beaches. We are 40 miles away from the airport but you can catch Marta with just a 1/2 hour drive. We would consider an outright sale at the right price but no bargain sales as not desperate. We are very flexible in schedule and could allow occupancy within a very short time frame. We want to be in home with less outdoor area to maintain. It could be a condo, terrace home, property or consider beach or lake property.We want to come away with about $100,000. cash but that is not an absolute for the right property.
If we trade locally, we want to be near 400 but that is not an absolute requirement either for the right property as long as not too far from this area. We want something in move in condition and updated kitchen and baths if older property. We have a wonderful Cape Cod home on 3 of the prettiest acres around. Woods and lake view with birds, deer, rabbits and all sorts of wildlife as frequent visitors. The home is 12 years old but news all over. Home is beautiful and we want the same if we move.This would be a great bread and breakfast as the home sits on peaceful property. A family would love living here or if you have horses or dogs, what a great treat for them this would be as well. If you love dogs, no problem as have huge area for them to play. The home is on a country style road with few other homes as most owners have significant acreage around us.
Bring your horse and possibly work out boarding with the next door neighbor who has a 10 stall barn.
