I own a two story Buckhead penthouse. It is very nice. As with all real estate, the value has decreased but it is likely worth $500k at this point. In 2002, it was $655k.
I would be interested in full or partial trade for Destin area vacation property or trade for Houseboat or Cruiser on Lanier + cash.
