We recently relocated back to Georgia, and unfortunately the market is not great right now (obviously) so i thought I might try swapping houses with someone! We are an animal loving family looking for a place with some acerage (preferably fenced) where we could keep our 2 horses, dogs, and kids! Wed need at least a 3br house, and would love at least 7-10 acres.
We were living in Bluffton, SC, which is just before you cross the bridge to Hilton Head. We lived off of Buckwalter Pkwy, a VERY up and coming area. Lots of development going on in that area. We lived in a neighborhood aproximately 2 miles from the school complex. The house is 3/2 with a 2 car garage, sunroom, fans in all the bedrooms and LR and sunroom. Larger sized yard for the neighborhood. Great neighbors, fruit tree in the front yard. House is 1 story with a large front porch. Can email pictures if interested. Has hardwoods in hall and dining room, new carpet in LR. Fresh paint. Great for a family with kids, but also nice for a retired couple.
Home is worth aproximately $150,000.
