We basically would need 1-2 rooms on our own with 1-2 tables to work,
fast internet & a kitchen - we love to cook!

lighted by 4 big windows
connected by a double wing door
tough each one is still separately accessible!
Queen size bed, desk, couch, walk-in wardrobe
plus additional storage space.
Ideally for a couple or one person who needs an extra office space next to the bedroom!
Quiet and bright apartment
with 180 square meters (and 3 other nice flat mates)
4th district, Favoritenstrasse, Vienna.
With a direct view on the Theresianumpark
5 min walk to subway U1 Taubstummengasse.
10 min to city centre.
Features of the flat:
Central heating, internet (wireless)+lan, washing machine,
fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ..).

The flat is in a nice historical building
which has been renovated and has an affiliated garden
with 4 old chesnut trees.

The flat is in 15 min walking distance to the Museumsquartier.
The Belvedere park and the botanical garden are in 5min walking distance.
10 minutes to the Naschmarkt, which is the famous food market in Vienna
with lots of bars, nice cafes and restaurants, galleries.
