I am a massage student in Albany and i am looking for a young roommate to keep me company and help out with rent. I have a very nice two bedroom apartment with a empty room for rent. The room is very large and has a big closet with built in shelves. I have a nice kitchen and living room as well. I just moved to Albany so someone from this area would be great. I love traveling and doing new things. I am very laid back but i am also very responsible. I do like to party but its not an every night thing. Smokers are fine, Im just not big on cigarettes. Everything is included such as (heat,hot-water, electric,garbage) i do have cable and internet and phone but its separate from the rent. Its about 100 a month but it will be split between the 2 of us. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
