Furnished Room for Rent..1 MILE from SUNY on #12 BUSLINE

We are looking for a roomate to occupy our empty bedroom in our huge, renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. This place is so beautiful. We are located a mile south of SUNY. We are 2 seconds from the #12 bus stop, parking is plentiful and we are walking distance to 2 major strip malls with basically everything you need..great location for someone who goes to school. We also have a washer/dryer/dishwasher and a fenced in back yard.

The room is a good size and is furnished with a double bed. There is a nice size closet as well


We prefer, but are not limited to having a female roomate because we have 2 medium-sized dogs (non-shed, hypollergenic), who have issues with men. They are harmless, but men really freak them out and they could potentially make your living experience here a living HELL!!! If you are not an animal person and if dogs scare or annoy you, then this place wont work out. Our dogs are our family and they hang out around the house.

We also need our roomate to either work full time M-F or go to school full time. The reason for this is because I run a business from home M-F from 830-430.

We are really easy to live with. We dont do drugs and we are busy doing our own thing all the time.

The rent is $450 a month plus 1/3 of the utilities. We have wireless internet and cable. Slobs and drug users need not apply
