Room-all inclusive

Hello, I am a B&B owner in Troy, NY and I have a Guest house adjacent in which I furnish and rent as Longer Term/Extended stay rooms.

The house is fully furnished with all Furniture, Pots, Pans, Dishes, and Linens etc. Heat. Electricity, Internet, Phone and Cable are also included in the rate.

There is off street parking, plus we are on a Bus Line.

Coin Operated Laundry in the basement with a small Backyard. House is non-smoking.

All rooms have a Chest of Drawers or a Dresser, Desk and a Closet.

This room has recently been vacated.



A room on the 2nd Floor with a shared bathroom with one other person, $450

Rooms are suitable for a Professional working person, Academic or person on away from home contracts.

Not suitable for people who like to party or irresponsible people. No pets allowed due to allergies.
