Leasing Room in 4/person House

This posting is regarding a room in a 4 person house. The house itself is in great condition, and there are 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, small dining room, a main room, 2 bathrooms (1 shower) and a large attic and basement. The house is located at 14 Murray st., in a nice family suburban area in Binghamton, NY. I will not be here come January 2010, so I am looking for someone who is interested in finding a house from January 2010 to around June 2010. This area is perfect for Binghamton University students: The JC west side bus stop is literally a 30 second walk from the house, and is located about 1 1/2 miles from campus, and half a mile from the downtown center. The regular bus stops are also on the same street, so its easy to get around if you dont have a car. The house is also shared by three other guy housemates, and the rent is $325 a month, which is very good given the size and location of the house.
