I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment and cant afford rent alone. The bedroom is big and has a great closet. It is a nice apartment, especially for the money, the ONLY thing wrong with it is that the kitchen cupboards are a little old but they were just recently painted and new handles put on all of them. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment, but no dishwasher. There is a living room, bathroom, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, good size for 2 people. Internet, cable, phone and all that included in rent. It is located a bit in the country, right near Our Country Hearts but i drive to Johnson City to work everyday, and its like 15 minutes. I drove to BCC everyday last year and that wasnt really a big deal either, you get used to it. Its an upstairs apartment and the landlord lives on the first floor (its a 2 family house). Shes a real cute "little old lady" and doesnt like it to be too loud up here so no parties, but nothing is stopping you from going out. I also already have 2 cats so no more pets please. I can send pictures to anyone who wants them. As for me, I am 20 years old and am working full-time, taking classes at BCC part-time. I would consider myself to be a pretty outgoing person, i LOVE to go out and have fun, i dont like alot of mess but im not a neat freak by any means. Female or male, student or professional but must be between 20 and 25. I hate drama, so im not looking for someone who gets into alot of shit all the time, my old roommate seemed fine but ended up doing drugs all the time and getting ME involved because it was my apartment so none of that please.
