Available for a 5-8 days in late December through late January 2010 (over New Years-approximately December 29-January 5). Looking to swap for house/apartment in Los Angeles or the East Bay/San Francisco.
Our apartment is fairly large by NYC standards and is in a pre-war 12 unit building: hardwood floors, eat in kitchen, living room, bedroom (with full size bed) and a study/2nd bedroom (very comfy pull out full size couch) and WiFI. Lots of large windows with great light.5 minute walk from 2 subway stations-12 minute ride to the East Village, Manhattan and 15 minutes from Union Square. 10 minute walk to Bedford Avenue.
Great family friendly neighborhood but has its fair share of nightlife! Google: Daddys Bar, Ontario Bar, Sweet-Ups and Harefield Road. Also plenty of Gourmet eating abounds right around the corner: Motorino Pizza, Mesa Coyoacan Mexican Food and plenty of great local eateries!
Minutes walk from McCarren Park, Cooper Park and bookshops, and shopping on Bedford avenue.
