Performance computer optimizing - tune up !

How many peoples computers Ive seen that cost PLENTY but are WAY too slow and undependable ! ! I will remove all junk files, scrap & dead-end registry entries, unused/non-functional programs, optimize BIOS settings, many many things, usually at LEAST three hours work on each system, with guaranteed results!!
