its a Bluetooth V2.0 Class 1 USB device
its Maximum wireless distance is 100 meters (as per Bluetooth class 1 standard)
windows Vista or Winvows 7 will autoinstall this, but Windows XP will require you to download the driver.
this is really great for connectign your cell phone and using it to move pictures to your computer, some cell phoens can double as presentation opinter machines and you can control the mouse and a few buttons.
you can also connect bluetooth headsets.
I bought it at Best Buy for $45 back in May, but I got a new computer now with bluetooth already installed.
