Looking for a roommate/sublet January 1st. Im looking to move out beginning of January. Im either looking for someone to sublet January-July or someone looking for a more permanent living situation starting in January.
Bedroom available is a large master bedroom with private bathroom/large closet in 3 BR Townhouse. Apt has washer/dryer in unit, large deck, walking distance to castle island/beaches. Walking distance to buses.
Roommates are two young women in their 20s, both teachers.
