Alittle about my home inside:: I have a nice living room with fireplace plus and entertainment center. Outside there is a patio with table and chairs and a Charcoal bbq.
The kitchen has everything a cook would need, dishwasher, refrigerator, flat top range, microwave and many other things. I have a front load washer and dryer, and its only a 1 floor house(no basement).
The roomies room has a full-size bed, night stand, 6-drawer dresser, a desk with lamp, also has a ceiling fan, a color tv with satellite. It also has 2 big windows that face northeast. Your bathroom area is just around the corner and it has a shower, toilet, sink inside. All the utilities, linens, towels, soap, kleenex, laundry detergent is included in the price.
I have storage space for you, also a space in the carport for you car, Unless your a RTD bus person and that is 4 blocks South of where my home is. Also 4 blocks South of me is Grocery Stores, a KMart Department Store with Food Store Attached, also a Family Dollar, Walgreens and many fast food places and a couple of nice Restaurants. Im close to University of Colorado Medical Center, also Public Libraries, and Malls.
Alittle about me:: Im 50+ years young a non-smoker/non-drinker, enjoy jazz, r&b, pop music, enjoy soap operas, board games, thrift shopping, garage sales. I do have a medium size dog, she is friendly, but is also a good watch dog. Im into watching Football, Baseball and Basketball games, either in person or at home. The rest of me can be spoken about once we meet.
The Room will be ready to move in on or before November 1st, 2009. You may come and see the room before its ready to be rented
