$400/month room for rent with walk in closet and own bathroom and includes all utilities. There is a fenced in back yard so pets are OK if well maintained. Lochbuie is 30 minutes NE of Denver off of I-76. AVAILABLE to move in immediately upon the first face to face meeting going well. NO smoking is allowed in the house and if you smoke then please pick up after yourself. I have my 2 year old son every other weekend so you must be child friendly. I have a weiner dog and a cat. Must be pet friendly. The house is kept neatly but not perfect by any means. I am not a mother hen so if you make a mess then pick it up and be courtious. I am not a loud person and am friendly. Month to month lease will be required the first month and after that, if things are still good then a 6 month to a year lease will be optional.
