Quiet, Clean, Respectful Roommate Needed

I am looking for a roommate....I own the condo.

450 includes everything. All utilities (cable, wireless internet, electric, heat, water)
You would have own bedroom and bathroom.
Looking for clean, quiet and respectful and someone past the party stages.

I dont have much storage space and looking for someone with only bedroom furniture.

Please email with me any questions. Oh and I have a 15 year old cat that considers my bedroom really her bedroom. She only comes out usually to eat and if I am in the living area.

This could be a month to month option if needed.
