Looking for a reliable roommate - $450

We are looking for a roommate to share our home with. We have a 1950s ranch style home with upgrades being done slowly but surely.

What we offer is a home that is drama free and relaxed. We are both mellow people. You would be sharing a home with a couple.

You would have access to all shared area of home including living, dining and kitchen. We would also share the bathroom.

We have washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet, cable, and a land line. There is plenty of parking.

We are very close to public transportation and I-70 is minutes away with I-25 being just a couple more minutes farther.

You must be pet friendly.

Rent will be $450 per month and that includes utilities and the use of the other amenities at no extra charge.

We will be asking for a deposit of $450 also and will require a background check.
