Looking for roommate-move in 1st week of JANUARY

Hi all!
We are looking for someone (single or couple) to move in and help us out with rent starting in January.
Our current roommates are leaving us and moving to Arizona.

Its a 2 bed/1 bath apt in Northglenn. Your part of rent would be 250, and then $30 towards cable/wirless internet/phone. So, total would be $280 monthly.
Apt is fully furnished, so no worries there.

It would only be temporary- our lease is up the end of May and we dont plan on renewing.
If we get along great, there could be an opportunity about the same after...
