My husband and I are looking for someone ready to move ASAP.
The house: a 3 bedroom duplex with yard, minutes from Elitch gardens, the skate park, downtown. Residential area, a few stores and restaurants around. There is cable hookup but my husband and I dont watch tv so it would be up to you and the other roommate to take care of that and wed help pay for it! Wireless internet available.
Us: 25 year old, he: marketing assistant, she: bartender and caterer. We are pretty laid back , quiet and clean. We have people over sometimes but no crazy party.
You: in your 20s/30s, student or working, no drugs, no heavy drinking. Couples ok.
