You also have large double vanity bathroom upstairs w/ shower/bathtub (2nd bedroom upstairs is for rent for $100 if you can do some dog-sitting; perfect for weight room/storage).
Rent includes wifi, cable. Split utilities- about $30-$70. Large fenced back yard and doggie door for your small friendly dog. I have 2 little poodles ( 9 and 10 yr. olds) who are friendly and somewhat timid. Share kitchen. Must have good landlord and work references.
