I have a very nice, large room for rent in my house. It has an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet, directv and hardwood floors. Big enough for king size bed and living room furniture too! The room is un furnished. We share kitchen, living room, laundry, etc.... and share the utilities. I have a smaller, furnished room for rent also...($400/month) and if both rooms get rented we will split utilities 3 ways.....
Possibility for well behaved dog. The house is on 6 acres and is fenced all the way around. I have room for one more horse for full board also. Board is $400/ month and includes stall, daily turnout, hay, shavings, and I do all the work...(feed, muck, blanket, turn out...etc) I am about 15 minutes to Smokey Hill and 470 and 20 minutes to Parker (Main street)
