Hello! I am a 27 y.o. professional female and my roommate is a 26 y.o. of the same. We are looking for a house right now together and were looking far a potential 3rd roommate. We enjoy the occasional night out with friends, but by all means are past the party house days, aside from a spring bbq or occasional friends over. Love a good night in as well with some time to relax or a glass of wine. We are active and up for most any adventure between the two of us. Most importantly we would like someone fun, responsible, clean and respectful, as well as someone who can add to the "home" atmosphere and is not just looking for a place to put their things. We have three wonderful well behaved dogs between the us and will definitely be getting a place with a yard. Needless to say, we are responsible pet owners and do not care for a home that seems like a big animal house :) However, we would like someone who is comfortable with them. We have been looking at homes between the lone tree to DTC to wash park area and have found some great prospects, however we need one more to make it official :) We are trying to keep rent between the $450 to 600 range depending on the house. We would prefer a female, possibly a couple, and would rather not add another animal to the mix as we already have 3 wonderful dogs.
