This house has classic charm with modern elements: Home theater with 42" HD Flatscreen, Xbox 360, Free WiFi.
Wonderful kitchen, and sunny rooms throughout the house. The bedroom is about 10 X 12 with a nook for a small closet, a computer workstation, or a good little reading chair.
Great shared bathroom with plenty of room.
Youre living with a self-employed, highly motivated roommate with a wonderful dog named Dexter. Im clean but a little cluttery, but getting rid of more stuff by the day. Im just back from Europe and really enjoyed the simple life. Ive already taken 10 bags to goodwill, and have a few more to go. Im in my thirties, ride to LoDo or Cherry Creek every day to work at a coffee shop, and am fairly new to the city and exploring.
You must be dog friendly...Dexter is a great dog, and will go on any hike or run you want to take him on. Hes an insatiable athlete. Im open to another dog as ell.
My potential roommate is fun, athletic (No couch potatoes) smart, and hopefully willing to hit a happy hour or two. Id love someone I had common interests with. If you are a vegan, go to bed at 8:30 pm, dont drink, and havent owned a TV in 12 years (and make sure you tell everyone that), then this *probably* isnt the place with you. I get along with mostly anyone thats smart and has an irreverent sense of humor.
Im open to male, female, or anyone thats cool. Drop me a line and Ill send a volley of pictures your way.
Im also going to be out of town for an extended period of time (A few weeks in Nov/Dec...maybe longer), but will be paying rent, so you could potentially have the place to yourself. Plus, the place is totally turn-key. All the furniture is in the house, save for your room.
