Furn Room 2-4 nites per week ($200-400/mo) for Commuter

I am looking for someone who commutes to Denver for their work from an outlying city, who is interested in saving money on gasoline and possibly hotel rooms (not to mention time!). My home (owned by me for nearly 15 years now), in the Park Hill Neighborhood, is located about 2.5 miles east of Downtown Denver, very close to St. Joseph Hospital and Presbyterian/St. Lukes Hospital. I have an extra bedroom which is nicely furnished, i.e.; new queen bed, chest of drawers, closet, and a private bathroom. Exact rent amount will depend on how many nites per week this person would stay over and whether or not they want kitchen privileges, laundry room privileges, etc. I want to keep the rent low, so that it is a WIN - WIN for both of us! Must not be allergic to my cat, who stays in a separate part of the home. Please contact me to arrange an interview.
