Bedroom available in Central Denver

Hello,

I own a 2 bed, 1 bath condo in South City Park and am looking for a sort term roommate. It is fully furnished except for the bedroom I am renting. The place is new and clean, clean clean.

I am an early 30s male, college educated. No record, no hard drug use, not creepy. Just a normal guy that likes sports and drinking beers sometimes and is 420 friendly. I work nights at a bar/music venue on Colfax.

I am looking for a female roomie, as I have had success in the past. My ideal roomie has a day job, no pets, and similar interests although all of that is negotiable of course. Most importnantly, I would like someone I can hang with on occasion, doesnt have a lot of stuff, and is clean.

I am asking for $400 flat per month. That includes utilities, cable, and wireless internet. If you think you would be a good fit, please reply. I would be happy to send you some pictures of the place. Hope to hear from you soon. I am looking to fill the room asap.
