The Room: Master bedroom, attached private bath, walkout glass to backyard, walk-in closet, size approx. 25x30. Ya, its... pretty big.
The House: Huge 4k sq ft, 3 living rooms, 7 bedrooms(1 weight room, one guest bedroom), gourmet kitchen, great neighbors/hood, steps from xpress busline, strip-mall out back gate w/ great sushi, convienience store, 24hr fitness, bar, drycleaners, liquor, shipping store, almost anything you need. Huge backyard with outdoor entertainment gazebo(read chill place to watch tv and put down some swill), horseshoes, hammock, easy grillin & livin!
Us: 3 29-31 yo professional, straight males, big into all the things CO. has to offer, you name it, we get around to doing it or trying it. hiking biking, snowsports, flyfishing, motorcycles, golf, softball, the list goes on.
Who were looking for: Someone like us who knows how to live respectfully with others, has hobbies and interests, keeps the place clean and understands that to have a great house and yard takes more responsibility than apartment living. Yep, its true, we have to shovel the walk, mow some grass and pick up some leaves, its really tough..... oh, and you must enjoy stupid movies, shitty beer in the sun, and at the end of the day know how to leave work at work!!
500/ mo +1/4 Utilities +250 refundable deposit. We have HD cable, though might be moving back to basic to save $, and comcast superfast wireless throughout. Month to month prior months notice if moving out is all we ask.
