Need roommate for November (or as soon as possible) move in date to share carriage house! Looking for a roommate in their 20s to share a carriage house near Washington Park. I am looking for a responsible, respectful non-smoker to live in second bedroom. I am also seeking someone who is fun and easy going. I am a 26 yr old female. I work in social work and enjoy running, cooking, exploring Denver and having a good time. I drink socially, but nothing more.
The carriage house is very spacious (1500 square feet) and is close to many great restaurants, walking distance from Wash Park and one block from Powerhouse gym. Unit comes with a washer/drier, dishwasher. Street parking is always available as West side of the street is reserved for residents only past 5pm. The available bedroom has a large double door closet and the room can fit a full/queen bed. Carriage house has 1 bathes.
Total rent is $1200 and rent is $550 for the second (your) room. Landlords cover water/recycling and I would like to split the cost of utilities (Comcast/x-cel).
Application and background check required.
No pets allowed; Landlords preference.
