Room with private bath in nice town house

Hoping to find a roommate to share my 2 bed 2 full bath town home with. Im 28 and have a gf who stays with me on occasion. In general pretty open to whomever as long as they are trustworthy and responsible. That doesnt mean not FUN but it does mean "has their shit together"! I go out regularly and drinking is cool but not so much drugs. Im cool with the party as long as its not at my house... gathering is ok. The place is nice with wood floors a fireplace and rooms on opposite sides. Ive got a nice set up with surround modern furniture etc. Never had a male roomy... gotta say females might be a lil cleaner ha but, open if your generally clean and dont keep cheetos in your bed! The place is located on the Arvada-Westminster border on a bus route about a block east of Standley Lake so if ur recreational thats a plus.
