2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment need a replacement roommate!! Rent is 490 a month plus half of the Excel (about $20-30). Located on 1200 Galapago St. at the Parkway Apartments. The apartment is within walking distance of Auraria campus, and near The Art Institute, light rail, downtown, a block from King Soopers, and biking distance to many other places downtown. The apartment is on the first floor with a large patio. There is a gym, tanning, a pool, and a hot tub on site free for our use. I would like to have someone moved in ASAP! Rent would start when you moved in to finish out the rest of Novembers rent. Calley is the roomy who is staying. She is a 21 yr old female college student, very easy going, and love to have fun. She is a smoker, but only smoke on the patio. She is looking for a male or female between 21 and 30, and pets are welcomed. There is an application and administrative paper fee of $150 paid to the office when turning in the app.
