I have a nice 2 bed 2 full bath town home on the east side of Standley Lake off of 88th and am looking to rent the other bed/private bath. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the place for decent privacy. Im 28 and ideally would like a roommate who is generally clean and definitely responsible. FUN is great, outta control and trashy is not so great. lol Mainly you must be trustworthy and drug free! The place is furnished pretty nicely with contemporary furniture surround etc., other than the bedroom for rent. Ive never had a male roomy but am open to the possibility. Ive gotta say generally speaking I think females are a lil cleaner! lol Gathering is cool but partying I pretty much leave for others to host.
