This has got to be one of the coolest areas of Denver, Congress Park, pretty much the middle of everything, youre surrounded by parks, within walking distance to the clubs and venues, and youve got just an overall great neighborhood. So heres the deal, my name is Roger, Im 22, I moved into this house about 6 months ago, and boy was it a great decision. The other guy living here, Allen, is 40. Allens been here for a couple of years, and of course he loves it here as well. Were both respectful people who like to go out every now and then and can function well in a communal type living space, and were looking for someone to join us. Now on to the room..
Its this really cool, large, loft style room, located on the 2nd floor, it a remodeled attic, which means the room is the entire floor! We put it some moon roofs to give it a comfortable loft type feel. Theres plenty of storage space with 2 large closets! This room is definitely worth the price and worth checking out. NO CHARGE FOR THE UTILITIES!!!, FREE DIRECTV (including all the movie channels, NFL sunday ticket, NHL center ice and mlb extra innings..i get it for free because i work there) wireless internet available for a small monthly charge
