One hour and a half north of Manhattan and a simple commute either driving or on a train from nearby Tuxedo OR on the NJTransit bus which stops less than 10 minutes away.
As a couple, one a model/artist/photographer and one a prop stylist w/prop rental, we are from the city and moved up here a little over a year ago and have not looked back. We still head to the city 2-3 times a week, but thought why not have a ton more space for the same price in the city Time are tougher for everyone it seems and with this amount of space we have available, it would be silly not to share our 5 bedroom, 2 living room, 2 working fireplace, dining room, eat-in kitchen, 2 1/2 bath, 1 big barn, 1 big stable, dwelling with some other creative types. Do you need space to paint, for woodworking, band practice, to store supplies We can do some rearranging and you will have access to some storage and work space in either of the outbuildings.
Each room is $950 plus utilities but the wireless high speed internet and HD cable will be included for free. The rooms are currently furnished but can be unfurnished if you prefer.
