At this moment there are four of us living here, but two of us will be gone by the end of the month. we are looking for a reliable person to take their spot. We live in a half-house with 4 bedrooms(3 upstairs and 1 downstairs), 1 full bath, and 1/2 bath. The open room is upstairs. There is also a free washer and drier in the basement. This is a nice, quiet neighborhood that is in very close walking distance to the bars and clubs on monroe and east ave. We are looking for someone between the ages of 20 and 30, who is easy going and doesnt mind going out. we do enjoy a beverage or two, but have to be conscious for work (so no roomates that want to party until 4 in the morning during the week).
The only bad part about this apartment is that there is no offstreet parking. the cost is 300 plus rg&e(can be up to $75 per person in the winter) and time warner. contact us with who you are and your situation.
