I am leaving behind two great roommates in a very large, 3 story house, complete with a big backyard,outdoor picnic table, patio, hammock, 4 season porch, and 2.5 baths. Your bedroom is 15X20 feet, all hard-wood floors, and newly painted walls (painted in September). The bedroom is a very large, clean space with a shared bathroom across the hall (the bathroom is only shared with one other roommate - a 24 year old woman who is very tidy and quick in the shower). The bedroom has two closets, big windows, and a lock from the inside. You will share everything in the house with the roommate except for your room, of course. This includes a large living/dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a spacious basement with a new washer and dryer, a 2-car garage, and a long driveway, including a carport, with room for all 3 cars (your car and your two roommates cars). If you prefer parking on the street (even though it is not at all necessary), this is a quiet street, with no thru-traffic, and you can park on both sides of the street, always (no street cleaning rules). Dogs and cats are also allowed. All in all, this is an amazing house for a clean, responsible person who is able to pay the very reasonable rent of $360/mo plus utilities (internet, National Grid, and water)...the monthly total for all expenses is never over $500. This is an exceptional room. The move-in date is January 1, 2010 - perfect for a student as the house is only a 15 minute bike from the heart of the SU campus/LeMoyne College or 5 minute drive from both campuses.
