The Knickerbocker is an old fashion apartment building where there is a sense of community. Not looking forward to a new town where you dont know anyone Our new tenants are introduced to their neighbors through our many formal and informal events and we are the type of place where you can be as social as you want.
Want to read a book by the working fireplace in our lobby or be involved in a mean pickup game of Spades Our lobby is better known as the Building Living Room. Unlike other apartment complexes that have a lobby for show, our tenants are welcome to use ours.

Please do not show up early or late as we schedule our work day around you. Seriously, showing up an hour early just is just rude and is seen as an indication that you will be an inconsiderate tenant. No bonus points.
Please do not call at 3AM and ask to talk to the landlord or show up after being told we are not showing apartments that day. Please understand that we need our personal time too.
2)We like to talk to the potential tenant and will not show the apartment unless the potential tenant is here. Very Scary People need to have someone else call for them or send someone else to look for them.
3) Being evicted. Nooooooooo.
Pet policy: Cats accepted as long as fixed and well maintained.
