$895 Room for December - 1 BR in 2 BR Apartment

Hello! I am looking for a roommate! Youd pay $895/mo, including gas, electric and internet access, and would move in at the end of November/beginning of December.

The digs: Third-floor walkup in Windsor Terrace/Park Slope, Brooklyn. About 5 blocks from Prospect Park, at the 15th St. stop on the F/G lines. Kitchen and living room are spacious. Your room, should you choose to accept it, faces the rear. Theres lots of sunlight everywhere in the apartment but particularly in that bedroom (it faces east!). The bathroom is functional but small, shower only. Roof access.

The neighborhood: Were in Windsor Terrace. No one knows where that is, so you can just say "Park Slope" because the local realtors do! Lots of restaurants, a movie theater, great neighbors. Very quiet at night.

Me: Mid-20s, professional. I tend to get up very early in the morning and go to sleep relatively early as well, so I prefer quiet in the evenings. I also prefer that the shared space be kept clean. Im happy to provide former roommates as character references. Also, I own a cat. Shes friendly but can stay out of your space.
