I currently live in a house with 3 other people, you would get the biggest room in the house. Common areas are shared such as the living room and kitchen. Its 1 mile from RIT which is easy walking/biking distance, nice location. I recently got a job out of town so Im looking to get it off my hands by the end of November so you would start Dec 1st.
