I have a room for rent in my East Rochester apartment! I’ve lived in East Rochester for a year, I love it but I’m looking to cut my expenses. The rent would be $450 monthly which includes heat, electric, water, laundry facilities (I have my own washer & dryer), cable & internet, parking, renters insurance & a great neighborhood. A cat is acceptable with an addition fee. I’m looking for a female roommate around 20-25 looking to move mid-November to early December. Perfect for a young professional or college student. I’m looking for a laid back roommate, preferably clean, quiet & respectful.
