This is for a room in one of the University Village apartments on South Campus.
The apartment is 4/bed 4/bath. So youd have your own bedroom and bathroom. The other 3 ladies are great girls!
Bedroom includes: full bed, desk w/ chair, decent sized closet, blinds, stack-able drawers, and night-stand (all matching). & Ceiling fan with light.
Bathroom: Full bath, shower, medicine cabinet/mirror, sink, granite counter tops.
In living room: couch, table, side table, tv stand, blinds.
Kitchen: Sink, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave. Lots of storage and granite counter tops. 4 stools at kitchen bar.
I believe rent is 850$ but Im willing to pay for half. So rent would be 425$
but amenities include water, electric, heating, internet, cable, personal washer and dryer, air conditioning, and maintenance. Also includes free tanning, netflix, and printing in the clubhouse. Great security!!! Very safe!!!
Its brand new, less than a year old & in great condition.
Looking for someone to fill for the spring 2010 semester and possibly the 2010-2011 school year.
