Nice room for rent across the street from SUNY New Paltz

There is a room just recently made available for rent across the street from SUNY New Paltz (about a 1-2 minute walk to Humanities)---but you dont have to be a student!. The homeowner is asking $400/mo all included. It is private, the owner is an old woman who is rarely ever home. As long as youre reasonably neat, you should have no problems. There is kitchen use, and the laundromat is a block or so away. You will have use of a separate bathroom. Right now, she seems to be set on having a female only. Its in a great location, its very reasonable, and the room is very nice, and includes a bed, some bookshelves, a desk, and a pretty large closet.
