I live in a large two bedroom apt. Im in London for the month and need to sublet my NYC apt. I pay 1200 per month but am willing to let for 850 per month in order to get someone in here ASAP for the month of Nov and possibly into the 1st 2 weeks of December (will be happy to discuss when we talk with you). The 800+ sq ft apt features wooden flooring, modern recessed lighting, a large living room, broadband and a social 24 year old female roommate (who is cool living with male or female, younger or older and enjoys making new friends). Fabulous location on a cute st nestled between soho 5 blocks west, spring st 2 blocks north, chinatown and little italy 1 block south, and the delancy clubs and lower east side a 10 minute walk away. Closest subways are the BD, JMZ, 6. I work near 23st and have a 10 min commute. Google map the location and you will see the other subways are not much further. Use street view to get an idea of the amazing number of restaurants nearby. The area is very safe. In addition, we have both electronic and standard keys and cameras. Email if you are serious with times you are available to see the place and meet my roommate in the next couple days. Also please provide your phone number to arrange a meeting. Will have to be late on weekdays (9pm) or on weekend if she is available (more times you list the faster we can arrange a meeting). You can move in right away following the meeting.
