Large bedroom available in a super convenient, close-to-everything location in the town of New Paltz, approx 1-2 miles from the Thruway and SUNY campus. Awesome sunset views of Mohonk Tower and distant ridge. Quiet, dead-end neighborhood location. House has washer/dryer.
The house is shared. Currently occupied by female SUNY graduate students. High speed wireless internet connection. 1 tenant pays separately for satellite TV service, but no TV in common areas. Other utilites (oil for heat, electricity, internet) are split by tenants.
This is the largest bedroom of the house, though it does not have a master bathroom. The bathroom is shared. Kitchen is shared. Garage attached to house is available for some small storage.
Bedroom has separate exterior entrance.
Ideal tenant will be female: either a working professional, or a serious grad student. Mature household, not a lot of partying going on. No pets.
Availability: Dates are flexible, but the room is available Dec. 1st
