About the neighborhood: There are several pizzerias, mom and pop shops, and a supermarket close by. Also within walking distance is a large shopping plaza, Target, Waldbaum’s etc. The # 7 line services College Point and is a 15 min. bus ride away. The bus stop is a block away from the apartment. The neighborhood features a spacious waterfront park, and views of Manhattan and surrounding areas
About the rooms: The smaller room is 550. The room fits a twin or full size bed, has a portable closet, and one window that gets indirect sunlight .
The larger room is 600 can fit a giant bed or a bed and a sofa, plenty of sunshine comes through in the morning, two windows, and the room faces a quiet street. Both rooms have ceiling fans.
About the apartment: The rooms are located on the second floor of an apartment building. There is a full bathroom and a full, eat-in kitchen. There is also a small backyard. Side-street parking is available. Utilities ( electric )are not included.
