Roommate needed for Furn 2 Bdr/2 bth+ internet

Im looking for a roommate for a 2 bd/2 bth apartment that is nicely furnished. Im a 25 yr old male grad student at ASU and spend the majority of weekdays at school. Im a pretty chill guy, very respectful to any roommates privacy, and clean. The apartment is fully furnished, but there is room for more furnishing if needed.

The rent is $395 and includes high speed internet.

The complex has 3 pools, 2 spas, 3 laundry rooms, a game room, and a small gym. My neighbors are quiet and the area is very silent after 10:00pm on weekdays. The location of the apt is ideal for ASU students, its less than a mile away from the Tempe campus. Its also 2 miles off the 202 and 2.5 miles off the 101.
