I am a 27 year old female who is easy going and has a sociable personality. I get along with just about everybody. I am clean, respectable, responsible, etc. I have a Bachelor’s in Sociology, a Master’s in Education, and my real estate license. During the week, I work 8am-5pm and typically go to the gym, run errands, etc. after work and get home anywhere from 6-8pm. I typically wake up during the week anywhere from 6am-7am and typically go to bed around 10-10:30pm. I work full-time at a physical therapy clinic right now and I am a part-time REALTOR. I am pretty low key during the week: get stuff done, work, gym, and save a little time to relax. On the weekends, I like to have fun, get some errands/work done, and get some relaxation in. I don’t smoke. Don’t drink very often and when I do it is typically one or two drinks. I try to stay healthy and go to the gym, do yoga, etc. I pay all my bills on time and have a 700 credit score. I am always up for new friends, but also respect others people’s space and time. We all like to have a good time, but we have responsibilities to take care of as well. I actually found an awesome apartment complex (The Palms on Scottsdale), which is technically in Tempe, but right on the border of Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe. It is less than 3 miles to Old Town. The apartment complex is cool. It is $849 for a 2 bed/2 bath split floor plan that is like 1100 sq. ft. It is an awesome deal and a cool place.
