This is an offer to rent a Bedroom in a 2 bedroom Condo currently occupied by 1 resident (Co-Owner).
All utilities and and ammenities are included. 135/wk. Move in is 135. 135 is due on the 5th day of residency again, then its every 7 days. That way if you cant pay, youve always got two days to figure out where youre going to move to on day 7 and Ive got 2 days to get a replacement. If you and I both decide that youre staying, it moves to monthly starting 5th week. No deposit necessary if youre verifiably employed or show a set-certain periodic Government check. Smaller condo, 900 Sq ft. 2nd floor. No neighbors really. Its pretty quiet.
